Senior Product Manager, Community Development at Revolving Games

Benny Soo has been working in the tech industry since 1998. Benny began their career at Total Entertainment Network as a Community Admin, moderating the online chat lobby for TEN games, creating game/area levels for multiple online games on the TEN platform, and creating in-game tournament rules and events for one of the most popular TEN games, ARC. In 2002, they moved to Cyberhunt as a Desktop Support Technician. After that, they worked at EBMUD as a Meter Reader in 2005 and Best Buy as an Installer Technician Lead in 2006. In 2007, they joined CT Summation, which was later acquired by AccessData, as a Technical Support Engineer. Benny then worked at AccessData as a Technical Account Manager in 2011. In 2013, they moved to Kabam as a Senior Live Operations Associate, followed by GREE International, Inc. as a Live Operations Project Manager in 2015. In 2017, they joined Cloudcade as a Product Manager and currently works at Revolving Games as a Senior Product Manager, Community Development since 2019.

Benny Soo attended George Washington High School from 1996 to 2000, and then went on to San Francisco State University from 2000 to 2006, studying Industrial Arts. Benny has also obtained several certifications, including Summation Support Specialist (SSS) from Susan Evancho in February 2011, AccessData Bootcamp from Eric K. Thompson, Founder in January 2011, Summation Enterprise Certified Trainer (ECT) from Susan Evancho in March 2010, Summation WebBlaze Certified Trainer (WCT) from Susan Evancho in November 2008, and Summation Certified Trainer (SCT) from Susan Evancho in August 2008.
