Aliza Kogan is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at RevOps Co-op, Aliza previously held the position of Chief Everything Officer at Hot SaaS LLC and has contributed as a member at Wizards of Ops. Aliza has also been the Head of Partnerships, Community, and Events at Rattle, alongside a role as Senior Partner Marketing Manager. As the Founder and Chief Confidence Officer of Our Way Career Coaching, Aliza combines expertise in political science and government from a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC Santa Barbara with a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
