Jena Powell

Jena Powell currently serves as the Head of Revenue Operations at NatWest Cushon and as a CRM Transformation Consultant for both Cloud Assist Group and Fennies Nurseries. Prior experience includes a role as Head of Revenue Operations at Intruder, where Jena was responsible for platform optimization and maximizing revenue potential. Jena also held consulting roles at inploi, Beauhurst, and Minimum, implementing sales processes and CRM systems that generated significant pipeline and increased deal control. Jena's education includes participation in the Oxford Women’s Leadership Development Programme at Saïd Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Royal Holloway, University of London.
