HARSHAL BHOSALE

Harshal Bhosale has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Property Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical) at Ayush Resort Retreat. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance tasks.

In 2017, they also joined a company as an Electrical Engineer and later transitioned into a Site Engineer role. As a Site Engineer, they managed projects related to Solar and Electrical Systems and dealt with installation and maintenance tasks for equipment such as Solar Water Heaters, Solar Power Packs, and Street Lights.

In 2020, Harshal Bhosale became an Operations Manager at Rangtarang Labels and Tapes LLP. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the company.

Harshal Bhosale has a diverse education history. HARSHAL started their education at St. Lawrence High School, where they obtained their SSC degree in 2011. After completing their secondary education, they attended V.P.M's Polytechnic Thane from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a diploma in Electrical Power System Engineering (EPS).

Following their diploma, Harshal pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical Engineering from Alamuri Ratnamala Institute of Engineering and Technology. HARSHAL studied at the institute from 2014 to 2017 and during this time, they gained additional certifications and achievements. HARSHAL presented and published technical papers in national level events and participated in the 14th Annual National Conference on "EMERGING TRENDS IN SOLAR TECHNOLOGY."

In 2018, Harshal furthered their education by enrolling in the University of Mumbai, where they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. HARSHAL completed their postgraduate studies in 2020.

Throughout their educational journey, Harshal also obtained various certifications. HARSHAL received certifications in manufacturing through the Six Sigma White Belt Certification Program, and also completed several capability development certificates in areas such as induction motor, power system protection, programmable logic controller, and power system power cables through Tata Steel. Additionally, they obtained a certificate in Electrical Autocad Design from TREEZEC-E SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and completed industrial training at AAYUSH RETREATS PRIVATE LIMITED. In terms of personal achievements, Harshal participated in a table tennis tournament and passed a beginner level examination in tabla conducted by ABVP - Akhil Bhartiya Vidharthi Parishad.
