Michael Jones Jr.

Michael Jones Jr. currently serves as the Head of Corporate Talent Acquisition and Enterprise Employer Branding at Total Wine & More since October 2023. Concurrently, Michael is a Board Member and Trustee for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Bridgeport and holds the position of Board Advisor at RevTech Labs Foundation. Previously, Michael worked at Xometry from 2018 to November 2023, where roles included Director of Talent Acquisition and Diversity Equity Inclusion, as well as Manager of People Operations and Talent Acquisition. Prior experience also includes a role as Recruiting Manager and Talent Director at Robert Half from 2015 to 2018. Michael's educational background includes a Master of Divinity from Howard University and studies at Temple University, Virginia Union University, and the University of South Florida.
