Abhinav Mathur

Abhinav Mathur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in bioinformatics and software development. Currently serving as Manager of Software Development at Revvity since October 2018, Abhinav focuses on developing Omics analysis and reporting software. Previous roles include Senior Bioinformatics Scientist and Bioinformatician at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where key responsibilities involved the development and maintenance of clinical Whole Exome Sequencing pipelines. Abhinav's background includes a position as Analyst in Bioinformatics at Indiana University School of Informatics and Computing, where responsibilities included instructing lab sessions on Python programming and probabilistic modeling. Additionally, Abhinav has experience as a Summer Intern at Covance and a Junior Research Fellow at SCFBIO, IIT Delhi.
