Cynthia Hilgren

Cynthia Hilgren, SHRM-CP, has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Cynthia is currently working as a Principal Recruiter at Revvity since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at PerkinElmer, Inc. from June 2021 to May 2023. From February 2018 to June 2021, they held the position of Talent Specialist II at MassBiologics. Cynthia also worked as a Talent Specialist I at UMass Chan Medical School from September 2017 to February 2018. Earlier in their career, they gained valuable experience as a Senior Recruiter at Faith Casler Associates, Inc. from 2001 to September 2017.

Cynthia Hilgren, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. Cynthia has also obtained additional certifications, including "Interrupting Bias in Hiring" from Textio in 2023 and the "SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)" certification from SHRM in 2021.
