Finn Guenther

Finn Guenther, PhD, serves as the Head of Digital Finance Transformation at Revvity since April 2024, focusing on CFO digital strategy and transformative initiatives. Previously, Finn held several leadership roles at Merck Group from 2016 to January 2024, including Head of Portfolio, Financial Performance & Steering, where management of a $45M digital investment portfolio and collaboration with the Group CFO were key responsibilities. Additionally, Finn played a crucial role in developing financial processes and analytics strategies across various divisions. Prior consulting experience includes roles at Horváth & Partners and CENS, coupled with project management at the CEPRA Center. Academically, Finn holds a PhD in Management from the University of St. Gallen, an MBA from Colorado State University Pueblo, and a master's degree in Controlling, Accounting, and Finance from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
