Magali Four

Magali Four has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Magali currently serves as the SVP and Chief People and Culture Officer at Revvity, a company focused on expanding human potential through science. Prior to this, Magali held various leadership roles at PerkinElmer, Inc., including SVP and Chief People & Culture Officer, VP of Human Resources, and Senior HR Director for EMEA. Magali also served as a Senior HR Director at SPX FLOW, Inc. and held positions at GE Healthcare, GE Real Estate, Intel Corporation, B2Build, Nortel Networks, and R.C.C. Magali has extensive experience in organizational change, talent development, workforce planning, and diversity & inclusion.

Magali Four received a European HR Management Certificate from the IGS - Institut de Gestion Sociale in 1995. Prior to that, they attended NEOMA Business School from 1991 to 1994, although no degree or field of study was specified.
