Sushant Bhatia

Sushant Bhatia serves as the Sr. Director of Investments at RevX Capital since April 2023, focusing on establishing the firm as a preferred debt fund for Indian founders and CFOs while investing in growth-stage startups, SMEs, and NBFCs/Fintech. Prior to this, Sushant held various roles at Caspian from May 2016 to March 2023, culminating as Sr. Investment Manager, leading the team in building a venture and SME debt portfolio. Earlier experience includes managerial and investment roles at Fincare Small Finance Bank, Magma Fincorp Ltd., and internships at the National Dairy Development Board and International Water Management Institute. Sushant began a career in technology with Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant System Engineer. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Vellore Institute of Technology and a PGDM in Business Administration and Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand.
