Clare Casey

Clare Casey has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Currently, they are working as a Scrum Master at Reward, leading and coaching three teams in implementing Scrum best practices. Prior to this, they worked as a Junior Scrum Master at the same company.

Before joining Reward, Clare worked at Almac Group, where they held multiple positions. Clare started as a Junior Software Test Analyst, where their responsibilities included identifying test cases, executing test cases, and logging defects. Clare then moved on to become a Software Test Analyst, where they mentored junior analysts, reviewed and approved test scripts, managed testing for business projects, and provided estimations for projects impacting the ERP system. Finally, Clare served as a Project Coordinator, where they scheduled and tracked operations to meet customer deadlines and provided assistance in generating and maintaining project plans.

Overall, Clare's work experience showcases their expertise in Scrum methodologies, software testing, project coordination, and team leadership.

Clare Casey's education history begins with their high school education at St Patricks Academy Dungannon from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued A Level studies. After completing their high school, they joined Ulster University from 2013 to 2016. Here, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Clare Casey has also acquired a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in September 2021. Furthermore, they received a Completion Award for Oracle MOOC: SQL Fundamentals from Oracle in February 2018.
