Ian Donnell

Ian Donnell has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Ian started their career in 2011 as a Placement Software Engineer at Allstate Northern Ireland. In 2013, they joined Capacitas, where they initially worked as a Junior Consultant and later progressed to the role of Junior Developer. Ian further advanced to become a Software Developer and eventually a Senior Software Developer in the company. In 2018, Ian joined Reward as a Senior Software Engineer and later transitioned into the role of Lead Software Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Software Architect within the same company.
