Junior Nelson

Junior Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Junior worked as the UK Finance Director at Reward, a company specializing in data monetization and customer loyalty platforms. Prior to that, they held the position of Finance & Operations Manager at Philips, where they were responsible for regulatory controls and project management. Junior also served as the Head of Business Integration at Philips, overseeing the integration of a recently acquired company. Before joining Philips, Junior was the Finance Director at PathXL Limited, where they played a crucial role in the company's acquisition by Philips. Junior also founded and served as CEO of Online Finance Dept, a financial and performance management company. Additionally, they worked as the Finance Director at Grafton Recruitment, where they handled funding, financial strategy, and statutory reporting.

Junior Nelson attended the University of Leeds from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Accountancy & Finance. In 1992, they obtained a certification as a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
