Kathryn O'Connell

Kathryn O'Connell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kathryn started their career as a BRS Support Analyst at BRSGolf - GolfNow in 2015. In 2016, they joined Sopra Steria as a Business Analyst, where they worked on various projects including public sector engagements and internal initiatives. Kathryn completed the Graduate Scheme at Sopra Steria in November 2017. After that, they joined Northern Regional College in 2018 as a Business System Analyst and later became a Project Manager. In these roles, Kathryn was involved in managing projects, analyzing processes, gathering business requirements, and facilitating change. Kathryn also took on additional responsibilities as the social and charity Lead for the Belfast office at Sopra Steria. Currently, they are working as a Product Owner at Reward starting from 2022.

Kathryn O'Connell obtained a Master's Degree in Professional Software Development from Ulster University from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from Ulster University from 2011 to 2014. Their earlier education was at Cambridge House Grammar School from 2003 to 2010, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
