Senior Account Manager at Reward

Olivia Birbeck has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Olivia began their career as a Fashion Assistant/Sales Associate at Van Mildert in 2011, where they demonstrated excellent performance and received increasing responsibilities. In 2012, they joined Emirates Durham International Cricket Ground as a Hospitality Team Supervisor, leading a team of catering staff and delivering exceptional service to high-end clientele. In 2013, Olivia briefly worked as a Development Team Assistant at KEO Films, contributing to the formulation and presentation of show ideas to senior stakeholders. In 2014, they joined DP9 Limited as a Junior Executive Assistant, providing support to the Support Staff Team, followed by a role as an Assistant Accountant and Credit Controller in the Finance Team. Olivia joined F6S in 2016 as an Account Manager in the Client Management Operations Team, responsible for managing client relationships. Olivia was later promoted to Senior Account Manager, a position they still hold. In 2023, Olivia joined Reward as a Senior Account Manager. Throughout their career, Olivia has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Olivia Birbeck began their education at Durham High School for Girls from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained their GCSEs. Olivia then attended St. Leonards RC from 2009 to 2011, focusing on Sociology, English Literature, and Religious Studies for their A Levels. Olivia went on to study at the University of Leicester from 2011 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. In 2015, they pursued further education at Kaplan International College London, completing a course in AAT- Accountancy Level 2, specializing in Accounting and Finance by 2016.
