Rachel McConnell

Rachel McConnell has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Rachel started their career as an IT Support Engineer at Jones County Junior College in 2016. After that, they worked as a Crew Member at McDonald's for almost 5 years, balancing work with education and sports. In 2018, they joined haru Ltd as a Platform Manager, where they led system testing, managed projects, and consulted with stakeholders. Rachel then transitioned to firstup.io as a Technical Support Engineer, providing solutions to customer problems and facilitating effective communication. Rachel's most recent role, starting in 2022, is as an SDET and QA Analyst at Reward, where they collaborate with cross-functional teams, conducts comprehensive testing, and identifies and resolves software issues.
