Rory Francis

Rory Francis has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and engineering. Rory started their career at Shopitize Ltd. in 2015, where they initially worked as a Customer Happiness Officer, bridging the gap between the product and the users. In this role, they listened to feedback and addressed complaints, while also spotting trends in incoming data to improve the user experience. Later, Rory took on the role of Data Analyst at the same company from January 2016 to November 2017.

In 2018, Rory joined Reward as a Database Analyst, utilizing their analytical skills to manage and analyze database systems. After gaining experience in this role, they were promoted to Senior Data Engineer in January 2021, where they currently hold the position.
