Shahd K. has a range of experience in various roles and industries. In 2012, they started as a Research Assistant at Purdue University, where they assisted a professor with a project on defining terrorism. Shahd reviewed journal articles and compiled and analyzed data using Microsoft Excel.

In 2015, Shahd worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at L'Oréal, where they generated social media content for different brands, strategized new approaches to social media, and created storyboards and edited video content.

From 2016 to 2018, Shahd worked at UM MENAT, first as a Social Media Executive and then as a Senior Social Media Executive. In these roles, they handled the creation of monthly content plans for Johnson & Johnson brands, analyzed content performance, and updated clients on new buying models and platform updates.

In 2018, Shahd joined aiden.ai as a Customer Success Manager, where they owned client satisfaction in a B2B startup setting. Shahd optimized and reported on marketing campaign performance and analyzed raw data to identify new potential target audiences.

Shahd then moved on to Cardlytics in 2019, working as an Account Manager. In this role, they managed accounts and clients, ensuring their needs were met and providing support.

Most recently, in 2022, Shahd joined Reward as a Global Retail Account Manager. In this role, they are responsible for managing and nurturing retail accounts globally.

Shahd K. attended the International School of Choueifat from 2005 to 2011, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Shahd then enrolled at Purdue University in 2011 and graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Shahd'smajor field of study was Mass Communication & Political Science. In 2018, Shahd pursued further education at ESCP Business School, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Marketing in 2019. Alongside their formal education, they also acquired certifications in AdWords Fundamentals and AdWords Search from Google AdWords Certified in August 2018.
