Shaniece Nesbitt

Shaniece Nesbitt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shaniece started their career in 2017 as an intern web developer at Industrial Floorcare Machines Ltd. In 2018, they transitioned into the technology field and began working as a junior software developer at Reward. Over the next few years, they progressed within the company and held roles such as developer, team lead - efficiencies, and BAU - team lead. Currently, Shaniece holds the position of software development manager at Reward. Prior to their career in technology, they worked at MANGO as a sales assistant and eventually became a key holder.

Shaniece Nesbitt has a foundation degree in Computer Software Engineering from Belfast Metropolitan College, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Shaniece further pursued their education at Queen's University Belfast, where they completed a degree in Software Engineering from 2017 to 2020. Their field of study focused on computer software engineering throughout their educational journey.
