Swapna Prem kumar

Swapna Prem Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Swapna most recently worked as a Scrum Master at Reward starting in April 2022. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they served as a Scrum Master at Version 1. Swapna also worked at Allstate Northern Ireland from 2012 to 2020, where they held the position of Scrum Master. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Wipro Technologies from 2007 to 2008, a Software Engineer at USA Web Solutions Inc in 2006, and a Software Engineer at ensx SofTech from 2004 to 2006.

Swapna Prem Kumar completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce at the University of Madras from 1996 to 1999. Swapna then pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science at the University of Madras from 1999 to 2002. In terms of additional certifications, Swapna obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from ITIL 4 in February 2016. Swapna also achieved the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in May 2018. Furthermore, Swapna obtained the Certified SAFe 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2017, and the Certified SAFe 4 Advanced Scrum Master certification from the same institution in June 2019.
