Dr. Miriam Luhnen

Dr. Miriam Luhnen is an experienced Agile Team Coach and Scrum Master at REWE digital since September 2022, specializing in agile software development and conducting internal training on resilience and mental health in complex processes. Since January 2021, Dr. Luhnen has been providing resilience and stress management training aimed at enhancing the performance, mental health, and satisfaction of leaders and teams. Previously, Dr. Luhnen worked as a Resilience Trainer at Golden Mind, offering coaching and training in crisis management for leaders and teams. At the Institut für Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit im Gesundheitswesen (IQWiG), from April 2015 to May 2021, Dr. Luhnen held project leadership roles with responsibilities over personnel and budget, focusing on health policy and process management. Dr. Luhnen's academic background includes a Doctorate in Theoretical Medicine from Universität Witten/Herdecke and a Master's degree in Health Economics with a focus on Economic and Social Psychology from the University of Cologne.
