Bradley Clifford

Bradley Clifford is the current Controller at Rewind. Prior to this, they worked as a Finance Consultant at Yoller from July 2017 to December 2017. Bradley was responsible for assisting the CEO with preparing financial information for the initial crowdfunding round, which was successful. Bradley also prepared the cap table following the completion of the funding round and provided general advice on share option issues. In addition, they assisted with the preparation of the budget and cash flow forecast. From November 2015 to July 2021, Bradley Clifford worked as the Assistant Controller at Stack Overflow. During their time there, Stack Overflow was acquired by Prosus for $1.8bn in May 2021. Prior to working at Stack Overflow, Bradley Clifford worked as a Senior Insolvency Case Administrator at Moorfields Advisory from September 2012 to November 2015. During their time there, they worked in the specialist property team dealing with cradle to grave administrations with mainly a residential or commercial property focus. These have included a portfolio of 35 properties across Scotland and pubs and bars based around London and the South East. Bradley also worked on a number of MVL's including S110 schemes as well as CVL's and LPA Receiverships.

Bradley Clifford has a Master of Science in Professional Accountancy from the University of London, and is a member of the ACCA. Bradley is also fully qualified in Accounting and Finance from the ACCA. Bradley has A-Levels in Mathematics, Bradley'story, Politics and English Literature from The Campion School. Bradley is also certified by the ACCA in FCCA - Fellow and ACCA - Member.
