Marco Thelen

Marco Thelen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leading consulting and digital transformation initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Partner at Rewire since December 2023, Marco focuses on integrating AI with human intelligence to enhance performance. Previously, Marco held the position of Managing Partner at Artefact Germany GmbH, where efforts were centered on data transformation and its business implications. Additional roles include Managing Partner and Global Digital Lead at Infosys Consulting, Senior Partner at Roland Berger, and Managing Director at Accenture Song, overseeing significant markets in Europe. Marco began a career at E.ON SE as General Program Manager. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from ESMT Berlin and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bielefeld University.
