Marco van den Bogaard is a seasoned professional with a strong background in cloud engineering, DevOps, and data analysis. He currently holds the role of Principal cloud engineer at Rewire, where he specializes in cloud solutions and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). With expertise in AWS, Azure, Terraform, and Networking, he has also served in various roles such as Lead cloud engineer and Senior cloud engineer. Additionally, Marco has experience as a DevOps analyst and Junior technical analyst, focusing on server maintenance, SQL scripting, SSRS, and SSIS. Apart from his current role at Rewire, he is also associated with GAIn® - The Global AI network as a GAIn trainer & Course Lead, contributing to the advancement of AI skills globally. His previous experience as a Junior data analyst at Autoriteit Financiële Markten involved tasks like interlinking data sets and utilizing tools like Microsoft Excel macros, VBA, and Powerpivot. Marco holds a Bachelor's degree in General economics and a Master's degree in Marketing from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, along with a VWO diploma in Profile Economie & Maatschappij from Felisenum.
