Yael Butnaru

Yael Butnaru is the current VP of HR at Rewire. Yael has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on building HR strategy, work plans, and employee life cycles. Yael has a proven track record in recruitment, performance evaluation, compensation planning, and benefits administration. Prior to joining Rewire, Yael served as the Head of HR at Barclays Israel R&D Center, where they were responsible for managing the HR function and supporting managers in deploying business strategy.

Butnaru received a BA in Behavioral Sciences, Management & Economy from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Yael then went on to get their MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Ono Academic College.

Yael Butnaru works with Yuval Mendelson - Director of Product, Guy Badichi Bar - GM Israel, COO, and Shenhav Yehuda - VP, Marketing. Their manager is Guy Kashtan, Co-Founder and CEO.
