Jodi Detjen

Jodi Detjen, DBA, is an accomplished academic and consultant specializing in organizational change, inclusion, and women’s leadership. Since 1999, Jodi has served as Associate Dean of Innovative Education and Programs and Associate Professor at Suffolk University, delivering exceptional teaching across various educational levels and countries. Jodi co-founded Orange Grove Consulting, focusing on leadership development and organizational transformation, and has contributed as a co-author to "The Orange Line: A Woman's Guide to Integrating Career, Family and Life." With previous roles including Board Director at WEST and co-founder of The InTrinsic Group, Jodi has a rich background in management consulting, including international experience with Global 1000 clients at American Management Systems. Academic credentials include a Doctorate in Business Administration from Temple University and a Master's in International Development Policy from Duke University.
