Kelly Watson

Kelly Watson, PhD, is a prominent figure in business consultancy and academia, currently serving as Managing Partner and Chief Data Analyst at Orange Grove Consulting since September 2014, focusing on research-based employee engagement programs and operationalizing inclusion. As a Professor of Management at Loyola Marymount University and an adjunct instructor in the EMBA Program since January 2018, Kelly teaches courses in international business strategy. Additional roles include serving as a Recreation & Parks Commissioner for the City of El Segundo, advising on community recreational services, and a rich background as an operations consultant for notable organizations such as The Walt Disney Company.
