Yasmin Marrero

Yasmin Marrero is a seasoned Leadership & Empowerment Coach and Principal at Yasmin Marrero, Leadership and Empowerment Coaching since January 2019, specializing in empowering BIPOC professionals and marginalized identities to realize their authentic leadership potential. As a facilitator, Yasmin has designed and conducted workshops on inclusive leadership, authentic speaking, and goal-setting for various organizations, including Spark Microgrants and the Islamic Network Group. With a background in program evaluation and research, Yasmin has also served as a Program Evaluation Consultant at The New York Academy of Sciences and a Graduate Student Researcher at Emory University. An advocate for equity and social change, Yasmin's educational credentials include an Organization and Leadership Coaching Certification and a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience from Brandeis University.
