Hancen Sale

Hancen Sale is a seasoned professional in government relations and policy advocacy, currently serving as the Director of Federal Government Relations at Reworld Waste since April 2024. Prior to this role, Hancen was the Government Affairs and Policy Director at East Tennessee REALTORS® from September 2020 to April 2024, where oversight of the association’s advocacy initiatives was maintained. Hancen's experience includes contributions as a Research Assistant for the Coronavirus-19 Outbreak Response Experts at the Howard H. Baker Jr. Center for Public Policy, involvement with the National Science Foundation's Global Security Program, and work with the American Workforce Policy Advisory Board. Hancen's early career includes various positions at Covenant Health. Hancen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Public Policy Analytics, and Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and has pursued further education at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
