Currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Reworld Waste, Phil leads the commercial functions of a $600M business, implementing innovative pricing strategies to recapture lost customers. Previous roles include Global Sales Leadership at Johnson Controls, where Phil drove significant growth in the data center vertical, and Vice President of Channel Sales Americas at Aspire2x, focusing on operational expertise and enterprise value. As the founder and CEO of Albireo Energy, Phil developed a national energy service company, and held executive roles at Clean Urban Energy, Siemens, and Tridium, among others. Phil holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Lewis University and a B.S. in Psychology from Illinois State University.
