Nicole W.

Nicole W. began their work experience as a University Switchboard Operator at Chapman University from 2003 to 2007. Nicole then worked as an intern at Transcendental Media and later became an Associate Producer from 2007 to 2009. Nicole also worked as a Front Desk Assistant at Delta Mobility, Inc. for a brief period in 2007. Nicole then took on the role of Production Manager at Cavootle from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, Nicole joined Delta Mobility, Inc. again, this time as a Designer & Planner for Relocation Services until 2016. Following that, they worked as an independent Consultant, taking on various roles including Producer, Director, Host, and Digital Media from 2003 to 2019. In 2016, Nicole joined Western Digital as a University Recruitment Coordinator and later became the University Recruitment Supervisor from 2018 to 2018. Nicole then served as the Lead University Recruiter until 2019 when they joined Gusto as the University Recruiting Lead. Nicole's most recent work experience is as the Director of Partner Engagement at Rewriting the Code from 2023.

Nicole W. attended Foothill High School for an unspecified period of time. After completing high school, they enrolled in Chapman University in 2003 and graduated in 2007 with a BFA in Film Production. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in April 2019. Furthermore, they attended the 2021 MBA CSEA Recruiter Boot Camp organized by the MBA Career Services & Employer Alliance in July 2021. In 2023, Nicole obtained several certifications including Certified Professional Career Coach from the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches in May, as well as certifications in "How to Become a Thought Leader and Advance Your Career" and "Project Management Foundations" from LinkedIn in March.
