Terry Bolton Williams has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and technical support. Terry currently works as a Sr Automation Engineer at Rewst since December 2022. Prior to this, Terry held the position of Centralized Services Engineer Team Lead at Anchor Network Solutions, Inc. from April to December 2022. They also acquired three technical certifications from Webroot in January 2021, namely the Webroot Business Endpoint Protection Technical Certification, Webroot DNS Protection Technical Certification, and Webroot Security Awareness Training Technical Certification. Terry expanded their certifications by achieving the Datto Certified Advanced Technician and Datto Certified Deployment Specialist certifications from Datto, Inc. in October 2021. Moreover, they obtained three certifications from Datto, Inc. in January 2022, including the Datto Certified Practitioner in Datto Continuity for Microsoft Azure, Datto Certified Practitioner in Networking, and Datto Certified Practitioner in RMM. Lastly, Terry received the Nerdio NMM-100 certification from Nerdio in February 2022.
