Christian Melzer

Christian Melzer has a diverse work experience in various industries. Christian most recently worked as the Chief of Staff at Rex, where they focused on innovating veterinary medicine and improving the experience of pet owners. Prior to that, they were a Senior Strategy Consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2019 to 2022. Christian also worked as a Consultant Corporate Strategy at GartenHaus GmbH and as a Scientific Associate at Technische Universität Dortmund, both in 2021. Christian gained internship experience at Roland Berger, finleap, goetzpartners, Homburg & Partner, and KPMG, where they contributed to different projects and gained exposure to various aspects of business. Additionally, Christian was actively involved in move - Studentische Unternehmensberatung e. V. as the Chairman of the Association and a Student Consultant from 2012 to 2015.

Christian Melzer completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration from the University of Münster from 2011 to 2015. Christian then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management from 2016 to 2018. In 2017, they also studied at the University of Victoria, where they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management.
