Julian Lechner

Julian Lechner has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Julian is currently the Co-Founder and COO of Rex, a position they assumed in October 2021. Prior to this, Julian worked as an Investment Professional at FLEX Capital from April 2020 to October 2021. From 2017 to 2021, they were employed at McKinsey & Company, where they held the position of Junior Engagement Manager. Julian also served as a Fellow Intern at the same company for a brief period in January and February 2017. Before joining McKinsey, Julian worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at N26 Group in 2016 and as a Visiting Associate at The Boston Consulting Group in 2015. Julian gained consulting experience as a Consulting Intern at KPMG from September to November 2014. Julian also has industry experience, having worked as a Financial & Sales Controlling Intern at Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG from August 2013 to February 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Wuerzburg from March 2011 to August 2013 and as a Freelancer specializing in Search Engine Optimization from March 2010 to January 2012.

Julian Lechner's education history is as follows:

From 2001 to 2010, Julian attended Mozart-Schoenborn Gymnasium, where they completed their A-Levels, specifically the German Abitur.

Julian then went on to pursue a B.Sc. in Business and Economics at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg from 2010 to 2014.

In 2012, Julian participated in an exchange program at Université Paris Cité, where they studied Gestion des entreprises et des administrations (Finance, Accounting) for one semester.

From 2015 to 2017, Julian attended Stockholm School of Economics. During this time, they pursued an M.Sc. in International Business and also completed the CEMS Master in International Management. The specific field of study for this degree is not provided.
