Catherine Hicks, CAIA, currently serves as the Director of Capital Markets at Rex, a family office dedicated to fostering human flourishing through stewardship, since May 2025. Previously, Catherine held the position of Director, Institutional Sales at Regan Capital from October 2020 to August 2022, managing alternative investments for various institutions. Prior experience includes roles as Institutional Sales Director at both Altegris/Artivest and American Assets Investment Management, where responsibilities included serving Registered Investment Advisors and specializing in real estate securities, respectively. Earlier in the career, Catherine was Director at Carolina Financial Group, focusing on investment banking. Catherine holds a Doctorate in Music from the University of Cincinnati, a B.A. in Music from Wake Forest University, and a Master's in Music from Westminster Choir College.
