Arthur Blue Jr

Arthur Blue Jr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare facilities management. Currently serving as the Health System Executive Director of Facilities at UNC Health since August 2021 and as the Director of Plant Operations and Facilities Management at UNC REX Healthcare since October 2019, Arthur has a strong background in overseeing plant operations. Prior roles include Director of Plant Operations and Facility Services at Cone Health from January 2015 to October 2019 and Assistant Director of Plant Operations and Facilities Management at Duke University Health System from November 2007 to December 2014. Arthur's career began in the United States Marine Corps as a Logistics Officer from May 1986 to 1997. Educationally, Arthur holds a Master's of Healthcare Administration from Pfeiffer University and a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
