Sandhya Padala

Sandhya Padala is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the fields of coding education and digital transformation. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Rex K-12 since January 2021, Sandhya aims to make high-quality coding and computer science education accessible to all. Prior to this role, Sandhya founded Rex Programming and served as its CEO, focusing on teaching computer science to K-12 schools in Irving. Additional experience includes positions as Enterprise Architect at Miraca Life Sciences, Technology Design Director at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Chief/Solutions Architect at Brady Corporation, Application Development Manager at Connecture, and Senior Computer Scientist at CSC. Sandhya holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Osmania University.
