Andrew Cooper

Andrew Cooper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction consultancy industry, having been associated with Rex Procter and Partners since January 1983, where roles progressed from Consultant to Director and eventually to Managing Director. Under Andrew Cooper's leadership, the firm has operated nationally from multiple offices, providing a wide range of services, including Quantity Surveying and Project Management, while celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2012. In addition to this role, Andrew Cooper serves as a Non Executive Director at Eshton Group since November 2025.
