Anne BOUCHARD has extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Directeur des ressources humaines at Rex-Rotary since January 2023. Prior to this role, BOUCHARD was Directrice des ressources humaines at l’Association Le MAS, where support was provided to vulnerable individuals. BOUCHARD's background includes serving as Directrice Ressources Humaines et communication interne at CETIM - Groupe APRIL, overseeing HR and internal communication for a large insurance subsidiary, and leading HR initiatives at Groupe Plastic Omnium across various divisions and roles from 2001 to 2016. BOUCHARD also held positions in administration and sales at Groupe NEURONES and Konica Minolta Business Solutions France. Educational qualifications include degrees from ESC Amiens and IGS-RH.
