Laetitia Kassapian

Laetitia KASSAPIAN is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in social law and human resources management. Currently serving as Responsable RH at Rex-Rotary since October 2017, Laetitia has previously held roles such as Chargée RH at Groupe Corallis and Chargée de missions RH at Philips Lighting, where responsibilities included career management, social relations, and legal advice. Laetitia began their career with roles at Markem-Imaje and Assystem, focusing on legal studies, recruitment, and participation in employee representation elections. Laetitia holds a Master 2 in Social Law and Labor Relations from Université Jean Moulin and an MS2 in HR Strategy Management from ECEMA.
