Vipul Bhoi

Vipul Bhoi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in plant maintenance and electrical engineering. Currently serving as Plant Maintenance Manager at Rextone Industries Ltd. since February 2015, Vipul oversees manpower handling, scheduling of preventive maintenance, statutory compliance, record-keeping for ISO, inventory control, and root cause analysis of machinery issues. Previously, Vipul held roles at Anupam Industries Limited, where responsibilities included production and maintenance planning, and at IDMC Ltd. focusing on maintenance engineering tasks. Vipul began the career with JSL Limited, contributing to switchgear production and inventory management, and possesses a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from B&B Institute of Technology.
