Palmina Arpino

Palmina Arpino has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at REXA, Inc. since November 2013, and previously as Human Resources Manager at Honeywell International from September 2010 to November 2013. At Honeywell, Palmina acted as an HR Business Partner for Honeywell Safety Products, managing HR programs across three locations. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. HR Manager at Sperian Protection, where strategic and tactical HR leadership was provided, and as Director of Human Resources at Senesco Marine, managing all facets of HR operations. Palmina also held the position of Manager of Human Resources & Administration at Deutsche Nickel America, overseeing HR functions and administrative responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Human Resources from Roger Williams University, a BA in Liberal Arts from Providence College, and an MS in Management with a concentration in Organization Development from Salve Regina University.
