Victoria Cartagena

Victoria Cartagena is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as an Advisor for Employee & Labour Relations at Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC since February 2023, Victoria previously contributed to Maple Lodge Farms from September 2016 to February 2023 in various roles, including Human Resources Specialist and Employee Experience Champion. At Maple Lodge, responsibilities encompassed coordinating training programs, managing employee communication, and overseeing the Co-Op program. Victoria also effectively managed staffing activities for unionized positions and implemented initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
