Amanda Young

Amanda Young is the Head of Reward and People Services at Rexel UK Ltd, a role they commenced in 2023 after serving as Head of Colleague Services and as Head of Pay within the same organization. Amanda has a diverse background in payroll and HR, starting as a Payroll Administrator at Lux Traffic Controls Ltd from 2000 to 2004, followed by various positions including Senior Payroller at ATS Euromaster and Payroll Deputy Team Leader at PwC. They also gained experience as a Payroll and Pension Specialist at Xerox and a Payroll Subject Matter Expert at NGA Human Resources.
