Mark van Den Berghe

Mark Van Den Berghe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations within the electrical and energy sectors. Currently serving as Regional General Manager at Rexel Australia since August 2013, Mark holds full P&L responsibility for the Victorian network, overseeing 18 branches and leading a team of 20 direct reports. Prior roles include Regional Manager with responsibilities for nine branches in Victoria and Branch Manager at L&H Group, where Mark successfully managed inventory, customer service, and staff performance. Early career experiences as a Business Owner/Operator, Manager of Electrical Division, and Electrical Apprentice have provided a solid foundation in operational management and electrical engineering. Mark's educational background includes a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Barton Institute of Tafe and secondary education from Doveton Secondary College.
