Amy Newman, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Rexel USA since November 2014, Amy has held multiple roles including Talent & DEI Director, Team Development Director, and HR Compliance Manager. Prior to Rexel USA, Amy worked at NEC from 1999 to June 2014, where responsibilities included designing training programs, managing HR shared services, and overseeing payroll processes for over 2,500 employees. Amy's educational background includes studies at Capella University, Dallas College North Lake Campus, and The University of Dallas.
