Minesh Ghelani

Minesh Ghelani is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Group Head of Talent Acquisition at Phoenix Group. Previously, Minesh held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition and Deployment for UK&I and EMEA at Experian. Additional roles include Managing Director at Norman Broadbent Solutions and Director at AGP, both within the Norman Broadbent Group. Minesh's career also encompasses positions as Director and Senior Consultant focused on HR and Life Sciences at Astralis Recruitment Group Ltd, as well as serving as an Interim Search Consultant in Life Sciences at Green Park Interim & Executive Search. Academically, Minesh attended the University of Nottingham from 2005 to 2006 and the University of Westminster from 2001 to 2004.
