Elen Phillips

Elen Phillips is the current Director at Rexel. Elen has also previously worked for Shell from May 2010 to March 2016, where they were Vice President, Fuels, Sales & Marketing Americas. In this role, they were accountable for Shell's Fuels business in the Americas, which included Canada, US, Argentina and Mexico market entry. From March 2006 to April 2010, Phillips was also Vice President Retail Network at Shell, where they were accountable for the Shell Retail network infrastructure. This included a global footprint of 45,000 stations in 60 countries delivering 10m customer transactions/day.

Elen Phillips achieved a Masters of Business Science from Manchester Business School, where they specialized in Phara New Product Development. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry & Business from The University of Salford.
