Tina Petrone

Tina Petrone, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Rexel USA since January 2019. With a robust background in human resources, Tina previously held significant HR leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources at McKissack & McKissack and Thompson Creek Window Company. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resources Manager at Balfour Beatty Construction, City of Alexandria, and HNTB, where Tina led HR functions, implemented process improvements, and partnered with management on various HR strategies. Tina’s academic credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources from Central Michigan University, a BS in Human Resources Management from Park University, and a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
