Tracy Malave Chantry

Tracy Malave Chantry has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tracy currently holds the position of Director of Digital Product Sales & Order Management at Rexel USA since 2024. Prior to this, Tracy served as the Senior Product Manager & Release Train Engineer at CoinFlip from 2022 to 2023, where they successfully launched a crypto-powered financial services platform.

From 2015 to 2022, Tracy worked at Northern Trust Corporation in various roles. Tracy served as the Group Product Manager, SVP, where they managed the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support for a dynamic Product team. Tracy also spearheaded the successful launch of multiple product enhancements for a diverse portfolio of applications during their tenure. Additionally, they held the role of Manager of Passport Consultants at Northern Trust as a Senior Vice President from 2015 to 2016.

Tracy's experience at Northern Trust dates back to 2005 when they started as a Senior Online Content Manager. Tracy later became an Online Marketing Manager, responsible for the strategy and development of the company's internal corporate website. Tracy also led the implementation of a Master Data Management system and a corresponding data governance program as the Manager of MDM & Data Quality.

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Tracy worked at Grant Thornton as a Senior Web Content Developer from 2000 to 2005. Here, they played a key role in the complete redesign of the company's intranet and managed the daily operations of their internet and intranet websites. Tracy's career began at the Illinois CPA Society, where they worked as a Web Site Content Developer and Editor from 1998 to 2000.

Tracy Malave Chantry obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Biology from Bradley University, spanning from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they hold certifications in Product Management Professional from Sequent Learning Networks and Novell Online Content Developer.
